Returns
We hope you love your new Neely's Nest purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for the price of the merchandise, less shipping, within 30 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot pay return shipping costs unless the item is shown to be defective.
All returned products must be in resalable condition and must not have been used, chewed, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Merchandise must be free and clean of all pet hair. The bed should be returned in the original box and packed well with the original packing material. The customer is responsible for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping method to avoid unnecessary delays or issues with your shipment.
To begin the return process, please fill out our online return request form. We will contact you with a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without a prior return authorization.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order for the replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
All returns are reviewed before we initiate a refund. This process can take 1-2 business days upon receipt. Once approved, we will send an email confirming the refund.
