For orders totaling $100-$298, UPS Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $12.
For orders totaling $299-$398, UPS Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $29.
For orders totaling $399 and above, UPS Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $39.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the United States. We hope to in the future!
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new Neely's Nest purchase! To avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges, we recommend carefully reviewing our dog bed sizing guide as well as product dimensions before making your purchase. If you have questions about fit or how to measure your dog please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly offer an exchange or refund for the cost of the goods purchased within 30 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot pay return shipping costs-they are the responsibility of the customer-unless the item is shown to be defective. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our website. If you have purchased a Neely's Nest product from a store other than our website, please contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, it is important that returned products be in re-saleable condition and must not have been chewed, altered, washed or damaged. Merchandise must be free and clean of all pet hair. Neely's Nest cannot be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Merchandise should be returned in the original box and packed well with the original packing material. The customer is responsible for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping method to avoid unnecessary delays or issues with your shipment.
To begin the return/exchange process, please fill out our online return/exchange request form . We will contact you with a return authorization number. We will not accept returns without a prior return authorization. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the returning package.
When will I receive my refund?
All returns are reviewed before we initiate a refund. This process can take 1-2 business days upon receipt. Once approved, we will send an email confirming the refund. The refund time period is contingent on the policy of your credit card company.
