In the hush of Santa’s private forest, where the snow tastes like vanilla and every pine needle hums a quiet carol, there grew a little tree named Twinkle. Twinkle wasn’t the tallest tree in the grove, nor the widest. But he was the happiest. His branches fluffed out like a hug waiting to happen, and he laughed with joy whenever someone came nearby. 

Every December, Santa tapped the trees for his sleigh. When his mitten touched Twinkle, the little tree thrilled—this was it: rooftops, magic, the big night.

Then he heard it: your dog’s quick, joyful heartbeat, dreaming of snowflakes and belly rubs under a warm blanket. That sound felt more like home than any sleigh ride ever could.

So when the elves lifted him, Twinkle did what no North Pole tree had ever done.

He jumped.

He tumbled through reindeer glitter, and rocketed south like a green comet, landing with a soft plop in your living room. Giving Santa one last apologetic twinkle, he turned his golden glow to your dog.

Now Twinkle spends his days hiding treats in his secret branch-pockets, waiting for eager noses to find them and sighs happily when a sleepy pup cuddles with him at night.

He never made it to a single rooftop. He never needed to. Because the best spot for a Christmas tree, Twinkle decided, isn’t on a sleigh.
